It's a little bridal bag for holding things like the hotel card key and lip gloss. I found the pattern from this site. This was my first lined bag (super easy) and my first drawstring bag (pretty easy too). I didn't know how the bag would come together so I followed her directions to a T and got... a really small bag. Cute, but small! It's wide enough that a lip gloss can fit in it sideways so I'm not complaining. The entire cost out the door from JoAnn's: less than 10 bucks. If you subtract the materials I didn't use, the total cost was probably five bucks. Time to make it: 1.5 hours. You can buy expensive bridal bags that look awesome but what can you do with a stark white, beaded purse with little bows all over it after the wedding?

I hope the move is going smoothly & that you're already unpacking into the new digs. Looking forward to seeing you next week - I was just in Denver last week for a conference & it's so beautiful. I swear I'm moving to Boulder TOMORROW!
